Our delivery policy
It is customary that orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt of order. However, current demand exceeds our normal capacity. We are taking measures to expedite processing, but it is likely there will be a delay of up to 10 days. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Atelier Cologne reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping & handling
For Europe, orders are expedited by Colissimo and may take up to 7 days.
For France, orders are expedited by Colissimo and may take up to 3 days.
For the US, orders are shipped with UPS and may take up to 7 days.
For the EUROPE and the US, free shipping is offered for every order.
Track an order
For France, and Europe, you can connect to Colissimo website and enter the tracking number you have received in the email to confirm your order.
For the USA, you can connect to UPS website and enter the tracking number you have received in the email to confirm your order.
Returns and refund
You have fourteen days from the receipt of your product(s) to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to state a reason, and without penalty. Except for Discovery Sets, which are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns and exchanges must be in their original packaging (unbroken clear, plastic seal on the box, samples, accessories that are not engraved/personalized, instructions, etc.) to enable them to be re-marketed new. Returns must enclose a copy of the purchase invoice in order to optimize processing. For the personalized orders (engraved leather cases/tags), when the order is processed and shipped, it is considered as already completed, and the above instructions should be followed in the case of return or exchange.
